JOB SUMMARY

Support product growth thru training of internal and external customers. Conducting training and product demonstrations and presentations. Assisting with resolution of escalated customer issues.    

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and lead product training presentations
  • Develop and lead hands on technical training classes
  • Required continual training to stay current on all industry changes and fabrication equipment
  • Support customer service and field personal with technical expertise and knowledge
  • Assist with escalated customer issue resolution as needed in assigned area
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

  • Minimum HS/GED, ore preferred Bachelor’s

KNOWLEDGE

  • Fabrication of stone products
  • Knowledge of stone fabrication machinery
  • High Microsoft Office knowledge
  • ERP SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish will be a plus

EXPERIENCE

Between 3-5 years of experience with products and tools related to stone industry

Experience as trainer teaching large groups, presenting in a classroom environment
