What will you be doing?

The Sales Representative- SFI is responsible for leveraging National Accounts leads in to actual sales, visit the end user house with samples, promote our materials and applications, and close a deal with the client for upgraded colors and edges, ensure the product requirements of the customer will be translate to the shop on time and form.

Job Expectations

•    Transform leads in to actual sales (keep a closing rate of about 70-80%).
•    Promote new colors launch and special finishes (edges/profiles) + new applications (wall showers…).
•    Manage customer expectations, needs, and concerns to encourage the consumption and sale of new products be the “face” of the company.
•    Update Salesforce with quality customer visits/information.
•    Visits customers according to planning/ schedules and measure stone countertops or the customer requirement.
•    Use basic measurement equipment, maintain and calibrate equipment.
•    Ensure all paperwork is right and signed between customer and the company, and provide the customer the final information and the shop the paperwork signed.
•    Create the plan or drawings of the kitchen or bathroom with details about the product.
•    Coordinate with the shop the product and the plan or drawing created.
•    Submit daily reports through computer or fax with measure information (by each customer).
•    Managing Customer relationship: expectations, needs, concerns, questions, etc., in order to encourage the sale of new products.
•    Ability to provide product knowledge to the customers and technical advantages.
•    Other tasks as assigned by management.

What are we looking for?

•    +3 years of sales experience
•    Experience working in the stone industry or construction

•    High School / GED

•    Bachelor’s degree



•    Knowledge of CAD design
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office

•    Knowledge of flooring, facades and/or countertops

•    Capacity to multitask

This job requires traveling locally about 80% of the time.
