What are we looking for

At Cosentino ( we are looking for an Account Manager Lead to join our Boston Distribution Center. The Centers are an example of Cosentino’s total commitment to its clients, providing them with exclusive and high-quality service. The Centers combine the functions of (a) warehouse, (b) brand and product showroom, and (c) sales network.  

What you will do

As an Account Manager Lead you will be managing the Account Manager team to meet the sales and customer creation goals. You will be providing guidance, training, and mentorship to those sales representatives. 
At the same time, you also will be responsible for our strategy and relationship with our clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of our Cosentino products. Acquiring new and maintaining current customers will be part of your responsibilities, as well as understanding what they are looking to achieve their short-and long-term expectations to ensure delivery of the best of our services. 
You will serve as our clients’ main point of contact, helping them to reach their goals and ensuring a continued, positive and profitable relationship for both sides. In order to be a successful Account Manager with us you will work with different segments: 


  • Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers. 
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients within the remodeling, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication
  • Responsible for overall sales of the assigned accounts.


  • Led the team of Account Managers to meet the development of new accounts, maintaining and increasing the current ones, and achieving the sales goals established for them. 
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to the Account Managers establishing the sales goals, analyzing their sales, assigning sales territories, and building the team.
  • Achieve a sales-driven and results-oriented environment within the Account Manager team.
  • Maximize the potential of the Account Manager team.
  • Being a knowledge reference regarding Cosentino Products, remaining well-versed and educated on products in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Support the General Manager to implement internal projects locally. 
  • Lead the digital strategies and the Business Intelligence for retail channels within the leadership of a team of account managers.

Customer Service

  • Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials to support sales, including samples, brochures, and other collateral supplies, such as display towers.
  • Manage customer relationships by resolving client concerns, ensuring customers are set up in CRM System, providing price quotes, scheduling weekly visits, etc.
  • Increase market share by elevating the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials within assigned territory.

Business Intelligence

  • Prepare action plans to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Collaborate with Cosentino Corporate staff, Cosentino Center staff, and other Account Managers as needed to accomplish goals.
  • Work with General Manager and Sales Team to execute business strategy for all customer segments in the area (home centers, K&B, Fabricators, etc.).

What you need to succeed

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of sales experience in B2B.
  • 5+ years of experience in the stone industry working with different applications 
  • Excellent CRM usage, Salesforce preferred.

Academical Background

  • High School / GED


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field


  • Excellent communication: oral and written. Capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skill
  • Computer skills: Office Suite, CRM system (e.g. Salesforce)
