PRODUCT TRAINER & SUPPORT SPECIALIST

What do we expect from you?

The Product trainer is responsible for the support product growth through training of internal and external customers. Ensuring the customers receive presentations and demonstrations about the product and assisting with resolution of escalated customer issues.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and lead product training presentations
  • Develop and lead hands on technical training classes
  • Required continual training to stay current on all industry changes and fabrication equipment
  • Support customer service and field personal with technical expertise and knowledge
  • Assist with escalated customer issue resolution as needed in assigned area

Qualifications/Certifications:

  • Minimum HS/GED, ore preferred Bachelor’s

What knowledge do you need?

  • Fabrication of stone products
  • Knowledge of stone fabrication machinery
  • High Microsoft Office knowledge
  • ERP SAP knowledge is a plus

What do you need to be successful in the role?

  • Between 5-7 years in the industry or similar position
  • Experience as trainer, presenting in a classroom environment

Cantoria (Almería)

  • Lifting up to 40 lbs frecuently
  • Travel requirement up to 90% local
