Europe Designer Sales Manager

The Europe Designer Sales Manager works closely with Director Europe A&D Sales to ensure that all distribution centers are in sync with current initiatives and sales trends.

What will you be doing?


- Focus on Sales goals across all centers and at the European level within the Interior Design Segment. Prepare, present and defend quotations for projects specified by Interior designers.
- Support the Designer Sales Managers across Europe. Attend weekly/quarterly meetings and calls with local and national team members in order to generate new ideas, share market information, and report your own activity, challenges, and successes.
- Perform site visits and ride alongs with Designer Sales Managers in target markets. Work with CBU and other relevant parties and departments to create specific objectives and goals for each market as needed.
- Manage the effectiveness of the APB channel objectives and communicate on a monthly basis with each RD/General Manager regarding WE; CTOP, relationships sales and,  key accounts. 
- Increase Brand recognition within the design community in Europe.  Assist in conceptualizing and organizing relevant customer events, forums, and focus groups.  Actively participate in local industry affiliations and associations regularly and provide recaps on each event attended.
- Conduct training and product knowledge sessions both remotely and at the Cosentino showroom in order to keep customers up to date on new product offerings and company programs.
- Focus on top designers per center and develop strong relationships with them that will return in SALES opportunities.
- Grow the B2C program within the design industry across Europe.
- Grow the WE-CTOP platform sign-ups and execution of the Loyalty programs in the AD segment. 
- Open opportunities with the different applications and new business sectors that directly co-relate with the Interior Design Industry.
- Work closely with the Marketing team for all merchandising activities.
- Manage the day-to-day of the Loyalty Program and Digital platform. 
- Work and collaborate with the Salesforce development team in order to optimize Salesforce performance in the Design Segment. 

What are we looking for?


Professional Experience:

+10 years of experience in Sales.  Specification and Projects industry.
Stone and Ceramic sector and ideally with strong network with interior designers.


Academical Background

Bachelor's degree in Business or related areas.



Proficient in running webinars and conference call services such as Teams, GoTo Webinar, and others.
Experience in Salesforce.
Project Management knowledge.
Spanish (C1) English (C1) any other language will be highly appreciated.



Excellent communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.



Location: Madrid or Cantoria (Almería).
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
