What will you be doing?

 

Our People Department is looking for a Talent Leader to be part of our team ANTICIPATING our business needs, always ANTICIPATING for giving always the best support. In this role, you would be responsible for performing Human Resources (HR) related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting International Sales in the Cosentino Worldwide scope. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: management support and coaching, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, employment law compliance, reporting, and employee relations.


Management Support

 

- Support and partner with senior management providing perspective to business changes and evaluating the business case for impact on employees
- Support the coaching and development of leaders in the organization
- Assist management with the performance assessment process: from goal setting and development plans, to follow up actions


Talent Acquisition/Assistance

 

- Support to employee relation specialist inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensure compliance with employment-related laws
- Assist in communication of employee welfare plans such as retirement, life insurance, leaves of absence, disability benefits, and other associate safety, health, and wellness services

 

Business Development


- Communicate and coordinate HR initiatives, strategies, and programs
- Develop, deliver, and partner with hiring managers to support the recruitment of the best talent
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems

 

 

Human Resources Strategy

 

- Analyzing and interpreting organizational structures
- Developing the strategic direction
- Creating processes that add value, focus on efficiency and strengthen employee loyalty

What are we looking for?

 

Professional Experience

 

Required

5+ years of relevant experience, including 2 in Human Resources in International environments, preferably in the European Market

Demonstrated experience coaching and supporting leaders and managers 

Experience with HR´s tools

A high level of English, ability to speak other languages such as German, French, Swedish, Dutch or Italian is desirable, though not essential

 

Desired

Experience within a multinational company

Bachelor’s degree in business Administration, Psychology, or HR-related field preferred
