Regional Facades Sales Manager - Midwest

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?

As the Regional Facades Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing the facades business sector, both ventilated and direct adhere, as part of the overall commercial business.  This will include working with and leveraging our extensive commercial team of ADSMs and GMs throughout the regions you are assigned, and working across North America as needed where your local relationships create opportunities in other regions in the United States and Canada.  

In this role your function will be to ensure the sustainable growth of the façade business, working to determine what influencers to target in your assigned area, what specific accounts will require your direct attention, and providing direction and support to the local ADSMs and GMs that will work the majority of the local facade projects, as well as maintain the local account relationships that will drive the facade business for Cosentino.   

Setting Achievable but Challenging Sales Goals
•    Regionally, provide input as to what you think are achievable but challenging sales goals for our commercial team on a yearly basis with respect to the facade sector
•    Own the facade portion of the assigned commercial budget for your assigned regions, and overall, for North America.
•    Determine key facade accounts that specify Dekton – and personally make sure our team or yourself are effectively growing these relationships – with the end goal of showing that Cosentino is being specified and sold on the façade jobs they are working
•    Take a leadership role on all façade related marketing events/shows in your assigned regions – making sure that effective follow up of leads from these events is completed
•    Identify key accounts that purchase our materials for the façade business (partner façade systems companies, GCs, façade installation companies, tile installers, as examples) and pursue a relationship with them – where the ultimate goal is to have routine sales of Cosentino products to them for their projects
•    Work with the entire commercial team, helping as needed to achieve the overall commercial budget and commercial team objectives.
•    Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

•    4+ years of sales experience in the façade market sector 
•    Experience in flooring market sector

•    Undergraduate degree from an accredited University or College (BS or BA)
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) 
•    ERP SAP, Sales Force

•    Leadership skills
•    Teamwork, team building experience
•    Strong organization and relationship management skills

This job requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, suck walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
