At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com) we are looking for a Customer Relationships Specialist to join our Miami HQ location in Coral Gables, FL, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
What you will do
As a Customer Relationships Center Specialist, you will service and support internal and external customers with sales administration, back office, warranty, claim management, technical information and product care and availability needs. Assist internal customers on process issues with Salesforce and other applications, including claim handling, National Accounts sales back office and product support.
Duties include:
- Provide best-in-class, friendly and caring customer service experience to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders over the phone, email and online media.
- Approach every interaction with a clear goal: drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Provide technical and product information such as how to clean and maintain countertops, which surface is recommended for each application, where to buy, and product availability, among others.
- Listen and empathize with customers and partners,
- Analyze product and sales information, problems, and documentation to make judgments, propose solutions and drive change. We are looking for someone who owns issues until resolution and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Support sales by National Accounts such as Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Costco, providing back-office support to end users, partners and store associates.
- Be a Cosentino ambassador by continuously learning about our products and practices, industry tendencies time in the field and building beneficial relationships.
- Keep fluid and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders on Quality tickets, sales orders, credit notes and other items.
- Provide administrative support to the Quality tickets handling process, helping internal stakeholders as well as fabricators as needed.
- Proactively propose solutions and/or alternatives to pending issues, as well as process improvement
- Prepare ad-hoc reports pertaining to customer claims and inbound/outbound contacts as needed
- Other tasks upon request of the manager
What you need to succeed
Required:
- Analytical mindset, with an ability to understand inquiries, business processes, use cases, and workflows as they relate to the tasks assigned, as well as determine cause and effect of customer’s issues,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to clearly articulate technical issues, resolutions, and workarounds to non-technical customer.
- Positive and collaborative attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team and across various internal teams as someone who is responsible and dependable.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and independent when it comes to learning, investigating, and finding answers and solutions by utilizing all available resources.

Wage Range:
- The annual Starting salary for this position is between $20-24 per hour.
- Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is also eligible Potential Annual Award depending on individual performance and Company performance, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.

You will also be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) Retirement Plan, starting the first of the month.
Paid time off:
- Vacation time will be accrued monthly and will be subject to change per the Company’s policy updates. 5 days of sick time. Full-time employees will receive 2 floating holidays to use each year. If hired after July 1, employees receive 1 floating holiday to use for that calendar year.
