What will you be doing?

As a Billing Specialist, you would be responsible for reviewing the billing packet from each location and verify that all information is accurate. This role is also responsible for making sure all purchase orders are closed and billing is processed.


  • Auditing and completing daily billing review.
  • Reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with analysis.
  • Auditing of accuracy on each job processed.
  • Working closely with the Pricing team to report and identify any system discrepancies on pricing.
  • Closing PO’s (Purchase Orders) or other forms of submission to initiate payment.
  • Mailing/emailing invoices to customers as well as monthly statements.
  • Communicating closely with local sites/customer service team on any missing data as well as any shortages on revenue vs month estimate.
  • Assist in payment applications to customers and SOV (Schedule of Values) management
  • Assist in month-end closing.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.
What are we looking for?


  • +1 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Ability to pass background check


  • Experience working in an environment without direct supervision.


  • High School / GED


  • Customer Service Etiquette
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)


  • Knowledge of flooring, facades and/or countertops


  • Communication: Oral & Written. Capacity to interact with customers in a pleasant and articulate manner.
