Quais serão as suas funções?
  • Achieve performance metrics and prepare reports concerning Customer Service 
  • Drive departmental initiatives and system enhancements to promote productivity and high-quality customer service
  • Anticipate escalation and take over customers’ needs when needed by answering questions, requests, and claims 
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns and diffuse challenging situations
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of customer service representatives 
  • Collaborate with other department supervisors to align customer service procedures
  • Maintain proper inventory levels
  • Provide daily direction and communication to employees so that customer service calls are answered in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as directed by supervisor
O que procuramos?

EXPERIENCE
Required 

  • Minimum 2 years of similar experience in retail merchandising/ sales experience preferred 

EDUCATION
Required  

  • High School Diploma or GED Required

Desired  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred

KNOWLEDGES
Required

  • Profesional proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Importation and customs documentation and processing knowledge

Desired

  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Sales Force experience

SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Reporting and management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and build value-based relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of the products
  • Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently
  • Detail oriented
  • Must be able to multi-task
