At Cosentino ( we are looking for a Digital Specialist to join our Corporate Office located in Coral Gables, FL. What will you be doing?

Reporting to the COO of Cosentino North America you will be responsible for managing the business leads generated in all channels and converting them into sales. Additionally, you will lead a taskforce aim at digitalizing the operations in Cosentino Centers to gain efficiency and improve customer service.


Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Supervise lead management process in the US and Canada working with Regional Directors / GMs to ensure: 1) leads are handled in a timely and effective way by sales teams and 2) leads are converted into sales.
  • Push the publication of content in Social Media in each market through the Marketing team in order to generate more business leads. 
  • Work on ideas to improve the initial filtering process of leads.
  • Participate in Management Committees to present key parameters and discuss improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and implement actions to digitalize sales processes in the Cosentino Center network in the US and Canada to gain efficiency, faster service and more visibility to clients. This will be done by improving current tools and by developing new ones in collaboration with GMs, Operations Managers and IT Department.
  • Program improvement and liaison with worldwide development.
What are we looking for?


  • +3 years of business development experience
  • Experience working with Sales Teams


  • High School or GED


  •  Bachelor's degree in Business or related areas


  • Knowledges in Sales Force
