What will you be doing?

The K&B Specialist works closely with KB Manager and VP of A&D Sales to ensure that all distribution centers are in sync with current initiatives and sales trends.


Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Support the Account Managers and General Managers on all KB activities
    Manage merchandising activity in KB segment 
  • Work closely with K&B Manager
  • Work closely with Marketing team for all merchandising activities
  • Manage the day to day of the Loyalty Program and Digital platform. Collaborate and report to KB Manager to ensure program success and continued positive growth.
  • Analyze and approve all installed displays, analyze all Loyalty Program Jobs, manage DPO reporting and set up and build/ track reports in Salesforce CRM tool.
  • Manage the Kitchen and Bath Chatter Page in Salesforce.
  • Act as the Liaison to buying groups (SEN, FEI, and BKBG) and support yearly conferences with each group.
  • Work and collaborate with the Salesforce development team in order to optimize Salesforce performance in the Kitchen and Bath Segment.
  • Develop and improve current Cosentino Kitchen and Bath initiatives – think outside of the box in order to evolve our current business strategies by taking into account the current feedback from the market and from the distribution centers.
  • Manage the effectiveness of the DPO channel objectives and communicate on a monthly basis with each General Manager regarding merchandising, relationships and key accounts.
  • Perform site visits and ride alongs with Account Managers in target markets. Work with KB Manager, CBU and other relevant parties and departments to create specific objectives and goals for each market as needed.


What are we looking for?


  • +3 years of experience in Channel Marketing



  •  Bachelor's degree in Business or related areas



  • Proficient running webinars and conference call services such as Skype, GoTo Webinar, and others
  • Experience in any CRM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Project Management knowledge

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
