What do we expect from you?

Latam Marketing Analyst is responsible for implementing a defined marketing/lead generation strategy.

The role will involve working with Cosentino North America and Area Director evolving the marketing strategy and implementing projects when required.

Support several countries marketing plans through activities such as targeted campaigns, events, customer references always working closely to the Sales Area Managers. Responsible for the adaptation and implementation of the Group Marketing strategy in Latam.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Conducts market research and develops marketing plans for specific products, services, or business lines.
  • Help to build internal and external communications.
  • Meetings and trade shows planning by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments and coordinating mailing lists.
  • Ensure brand and merchandising objectives are met through Cosentino Centers.
  • Prepare internal and external communications sharing marketing and business information.
  • Support planning and executing company national and regional tradeshows as well as ensuring brands are being adequately being represented.
  • Develops plan to execute launch of new products and discontinuation of product as directed by the Leadership team.
  • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Strong control of budgets per country, expenses, forecasting events and reporting including inventory and transportation knowledge.
  • Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
  • Develops brand marketing strategies for various business channels and develops merchandising programs to communicate brand messaging.

Qualifications/Certifications:

  • Degree in Marketing or BA preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing position or merchandising experience.
  • Knowledge of social media and PR is a plus.
  • Experience managing budgets and program implementation.
  • Experience developing market level strategy and implementation tactics required
  • Knowledge of graphic design procedures and copywriting is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, implement multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Act as central liaison with HQ, implement fast, clear communication of all relevant marketing activities and tools and collect regular feedback from the retail channel.
  • Provide feedback for improving future marketing efforts through evaluation and analysis of centers.
  • Proactively identify new business challenges/ opportunities in the market place for our product portfolio that can generate business in terms of new applications, market niche, etc.
  • Any other task provided by management.

    Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently

What knowledge do you need?

Capture, measure and analyze relevant data across lead generation activities and programs to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.

  • Analyze and recommend marketing programs and activities that map to the attributes and account types of each unique sales territory.
  • Work with sales, management, distributors and the brand team in the development and execution of field marketing plans.
  • Build and maintain strong report and ongoing communications with field and corporate management
  • Must perform all activities within strategic brand and company direction alignment. Promotions, etc.)
