At Cosentino (  we are looking for a National Accounts Manager reporting to the VP, National Accounts, to drive the overall revenue growth and profitability of Cosentino’s products, and services sold throughout the Costco and Other locations You will be the primary point of contact for Costco and other National Accounts merchandising organizations. What will you be doing?

As a National Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • The development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for Cosentino product offerings to the Costco and Others Home Improvement National account. Planning and execution both long term and short term. 
  • The creation of a high-level customer relationship management process.  Maintaining strong internal and external relationships, as to be the liaison between Cosentino, the supply chain (Fabricators, Cosentino staff), and the Costco and other National Accounts organization both corporate and field.  You will be the primary point of contact for the Costco and other National Accounts daily corporate relationship with senior managers and directors that are responsible for the business. This is a position that requires a high level of influence
  • The market analysis, research, and opportunity prioritization based on revenue, profitability, and quality within geographic areas, accounts, and subsidiary organizations. Actions will be taken based on ongoing analysis and feedback from stakeholders
  • The preparation and delivery of presentations focused on the Cosentino sales solutions responding to specific needs of our company, our National Account customer Lowes, and our fabrication customers.
  • The development and execution of the necessary communications to support this segment of business working with both Internal Cosentino Team members and external service providers. This is a position of ongoing detailed communication
  • The budgeting and management of revenue and expenses to accomplish segment objectives set forth in annual sales plan.
  • In conjunction with our Sales team and our Marketing Department, developing and managing marketing and sales initiatives to support achieving Costco and other National Accounts revenue objectives.
  • Determine and maintain customer account profile to compile and analyze data, determine position, identify strategic opportunities, set goals, establish responsibilities, allocate resources, and set measurable account plan objectives.

Job Expectations

  • 3  months:  Relationship with stakeholders, Management of daily business challenges
  • 3 months - 12 months:  Executing initiatives, detailed analysis of opportunities and prioritization of actions

You will collaborate with several stakeholders

  • Reporting Line:  VP National Accounts

Collaborates with: 

  • Internal: Marketing, IT department, Fabricators , Sales teams (Centers)
  • External:  Costco and other National Accounts Directors and managers corporate, Fabricators
What are we looking for?


  • 2 years sales experience working with or calling on high volume retailer
  • 2 years of management experience leading individuals working on large scale projects
  • Proven track record on training and rollout of program


  • Experience in Home Improvement or Stone industry
  • Proven track record working with external service provider whom provide in home installation services


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field


  • Budgeting and planning
  • Knowledge of Costco and other National Accounts and Cosentino systems related


  • Communication: Oral & Written. Capacity to interact with multiple levels 
  • Proven capacity to use Excel, Powerpoint and learn other systems
  • Negotiation skills both tactical and strategic
  • Proven track record to work with complex business processes
  • Capacity to analyze data to serve up options to solve business needs
