What are we looking for

At Stone Systems (www.stone-systems.com) we are looking for a Quality Order Specialist, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

What you will do

The Quality Order Specialist is responsible for reading drawings in a technical format (.dxf) and compare against the original purchase order. This role will also be responsible for auditing and correcting pricing for each work order. 

Job Expectations
•    Reviews purchase orders and blueprints, confirms specs and pricing accuracy. 
•    Troubleshoots potential problems with drawing with customer service team and measure technicians for corrections and clarification. 
•    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions. 
•    Maintain and update Job Tracker (in house CRM).

What you need to succeed

Professional Experience
Required
•    +1 year experience reading blueprints
•    Experience working with software similar to AutoCAD 
•    Ability to pass a background check
•    English- Verbal and Written
Desired
•    Experience working in an environment without direct supervision.

Knowledge
Required
•    Technical knowledge to read blueprints or CAD produced drawings
•    Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)

Desired
•    Knowledge of flooring, facades and/or countertops

•    High School / GED
