As a Salesforce Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Act as point of contact from IT for our sales force, providing daily administration and support
- Daily follow up meetings with SF team in Spain
- Execute the improvement configurations and integration between Salesforce and ERP, as well as other Corporate tools
- Daily Support in SF (Adjust the current system in the U.S. and Canada)
- Support training plans
- Improve employee experience in the value change
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Analytics, Community Cloud and App Cloud.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer/business facing duties such as development, demonstration sessions, trouble shooting, etc.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Engineering preferred
KNOWLEDGES
- Integration with other systems thorough API or Web Services
- Desired experience in Wave Analytics, Marketing Cloud
- Desirable experience in Enterprise deployments (+1000 users): Multi Language, Multi Currency or Territory Management, Multi License types.
- Knowledge of the Development and Architecture area: APEX, Visualforce, Javascript.
- Desirable experience in Lightning Experience and Lightning components.
- Knowledge about Integration Standards and Best Practices: REST API, SOAP API, Data Loader. Data and Lightning Connect.
- Knowledge of Single Sign On patterns (SAML and OAuth).
