What will you be doing?

The Strategic Business Analyst Associate will be part of the Strategy & Transformation and training Department in the US, supporting mainly the US and Canada markets with the sales territories management and also working on specific projects related to market, competitors or other strategic projects as required.


Job Expectations

  • Assist analyzing quarterly the territory assignments of the sales team
  • Cooperating with the GM’s to find solutions to optimize the territories and accounts
  • Look for new database and potential new accounts to increase our business
  • Give continue support in Salesforce to ensure the accuracy of accounts and territories and manage the exceptions
  • Ensure all user’s territories are up to date in Salesforce (new hires/terminations).
  • Assist strategy team in specific projects
  • Assist training department in general tasks, such as coordinating training sessions, registering participants in the system and supporting with online access
  • Other tasks as assigned by management
What are we looking for?



  • +1 year(s) of experience as a Strategic Planner or Business Consultant



  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar field


  • Master’s Degree




  • Profesional proficiency in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Powerpoint


  • Knowledges of web-based programs or ability to learn fast (Salesforce, SAP, others)




  • Communication: Oral & Written. Capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively perform and manage billing activities
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to meet work requiremnets within established timelines
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Strong work ethic and poositive team attitude
