What will you be doing?

As a Subcontractor Administrator, you would be responsible for performing accounting an clerical tasks related to the submission of payments for our subcontractors. This role will also be maintaining subcontractor audit/agreement forms.


  • Keeping record and managing CIMA (Contract Installer/Measurer) agreements.
  • Coordinating submission for compliance and vendor creation.
  • Managing pay rate tables.
  • Reviewing of payment requests and any deviations from standard rates.
  • Organizing exception payment request for approvals from management.
  • Processing submission of Subcontractor payments and Managing invoices; this includes, but is not limited to: checking, setting up payment, reviewing, categorizing exceptions by type and location, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Assisting in Certified pay submissions when needed
  • Preparing reporting analysis for management.
  • Other Tasks assigned by management
What are we looking for?


  • High School Diploma/GED


  • AA degree or higher is a plus



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.)
  • Proficient in using accounting software.
