What do we expect from you?

The Associate Business Partner is responsible for performing Human Resources (HR) related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions in the US. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Management support and coaching, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, employment law compliance, reporting, and employee relations.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Support and partner with senior management; providing perspective to business changes and evaluating the business case for impact on employees
  • Communicate and coordinate HR initiatives, strategies, and programs
  • Develop, deliver, and partner with hiring managers to support the recruitment of the best talent
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Support the coaching and development of leaders in the organization
  • Assist management with the performance assessment process: from goal setting and development plans, to follow up actions
  • Support with administrative updates and follow up with management to ensure all systems and reports are up to date, including the updating of Success Factors
  • Assist with internal talent identification and succession plans
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment related laws (EEOC, OSHA, Wage and Hour, etc.)
  • Assist in communication of employee welfare plans such as retirement, life insurance, leaves of absence, disability benefits, and other associate safety, health, and wellness services
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Business Administration, Psychology or HR-related field preferred.
  • PHR certification preferred.

What knowledge do you need?

  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience in US and Canada
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and supporting leaders and managers
  • Experience with HRIS tools, specifically Success Factors preferred

Coral Gables, FL


  • Able to travel out of state up to 30% of the time
  • Language: English is required, bilingual in Spanish is preferred
