What will you be doing?

Our People Department is looking for an Associate Business Partner to be part of our team. On this role you would be responsible for performing Human Resources (HR) related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions in the US. This position carries our responsibilities in the following functional areas: Management support and coaching, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, employment law compliance, reporting and employee relations.


Management Support

  • Support and partner with senior management; providing perspective to business changes and evaluating the business case for impact on employees
  • Support the cocaching and development of leaders in the organization
  • Assist management with the performance assessent process: from goal setting and development plans, to follow up actions
  • Support wit hadministrative updates and follow up with management to ensure all systems and reports are up to date, including the updating of Success Facorts

Talent Acquisition/Assistance

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment related laws (EEOC< OSHA, Wage and Hour, etc).
  • Assist in communication of employee welfare plans such as retirement, life insurance, leaves of absence, disability benefits, and other associate safety, health and wellness services
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Business Development

  • Communicate and coordinate HR initiatives, strategies, and programs
  • Develop, deliver, and partner with hiring managers to support the recruitment of the best talent
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
What are we looking for?



  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience in US and Canada
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and supporting leaders and managers
  • Experience with HRIS tools


  • Experience in the industry





  • Bachelor’s degree in business Administration, Psychology or HR-related field preferred



  • PHR certification preferred




  • Recruitment and selection knowledges
  • Health and Safety knowledge
  • Training and development knowledge



  • Communication: Oral & Written. Capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects
  • Capacity to develop workshops for architect and designers that count as continues education credits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Self-motivated, results orientated, and able to work under pressure managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Able to build and maintain relationships at every level and within multiple cultures
