Marketing Coordinator Ireland

What do we expect from you?

To plan and co-ordinate events for all type of clients, Architects, Designers, and any kind of specifiers in a timely and effective fashion while providing support to the Commercial team.

To manage Dublin Center Social Media aspects.

Maintain registration with key reference sites/media in Dublin.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Organise project generating events regularly. Open evenings.
  • Promote our Dublin showroom as a Center of excellence to be visited by Architects and specifiers.
  • Invite trade media and consumer media to events and keep them informed with product development.
  • Support the team with the monitoring of projects and follow up.
  • Maintain communication between Clients, prospects, and General Manager.
  • Update all necessary details on internal information system and SAP.
  • Produce necessary reports from internal information system and SAP to help Project Director and General Manager.
  • Support the Project team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Keep customers updated with product information.
  • Focus on improving market awareness of our products at a specifier level through constant communication (e-shots, leaflets etc..) with clients and obtain feedback on service.
  • Suggest and implement improvements identified and agreed with the Commercial team.
  • Be in charge of overall Social Media management for Cosentino Dublin.
  • Coordinate and action email shots and mail shots to Architects and specifiers
  • Help coordinate case studies on key projects in Dublin.
  • Maintain city center products are up to date and current.
  • Help coordinate exhibitions within the area of Dublin.
  • Maintain Commercial marketing brochures in relative warehouses
  • Provide training to Architects.


Experience in a similar role at least 3 years


What knowledge do you need?

Some Knowledge of Cosentino and Cosentino Products is desirable.
Regular user of computers.
Awareness for design and image.

  • Experience of managing marketing agency activities would be useful.
  • A university degree in Marketing, PR or Communications is desirable with at least 2 years.
