What do we expect from you?

The Builder Sales Executive is responsible for customers in their assigned area with the objective of increasing sales and promoting the products defined in the Business Plan. This role is responsible for the customer accounts and meeting sales budgets for the designated territory.

 

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

The Territory Sales Manager is ultimately responsible for the customer accounts and meeting sales budgets for the designated area.

Job Expectations

  • Manage high volume of builders and/or commercial accounts
  • Visit home centers according to plans
  • Follow-up all retail leads
  • Responsible for the Builder Sales and/or Commercial Sales, and Showroom Sales
  • Manage Customer relationships: expectations, needs, concerns, etc., in order to encourage the consumption and sale of new products
  • Update Salesforce with customer visits/information
  • Develop key content of promotional visits
  • Train on the features and attributes of the product
  • Deliver marketing materials assigned to the client according to their value (segmentation)
  • Communicate and manage the “Display Policy”
 

What knowledge do you need?

KNOWLEDGES

Required

  • Profeciency in Microsof Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Knowledges of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)

  • Salesforce knowledges
 

What do you need to be successful in the role?

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 2+ years in a similar outside sales role
