¿Qué esperamos de ti?

Working with us a Showroom Sales Representative you will assist with the day to day operations in the Cosentino Center. Your daily tasks will include guest relation and customer service assistance, event coordination, generating sales leads, collaboration with the local sales team and help create visibility of the gallery within the community.

On this role you will proactively reach out to clients in order to achieve individual and team goals The ability to network and find business opportunities through events hosted are an integral part of this role.

As a Showroom Sales Representative the following topics will be part of your daily tasks:

 

Sales

  • Support the sales team by, preparing sample shipments for customers and end users, checking stock of materials when requested, as well as highlighting any possible stock issues that may arise to help them achieve and exceed sales targets. Work with the General Manager to increase traffic within the Center and manage leads.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team, Operations Team and Corporate for various execution elements of events & projects, including, but not limited to A&D, Builders, Fabricators, Kitchen and Bath Studios and Home Center

 

Customer Service

  • Welcome and engage every Customer and provide the best Customer Experience, with aims of developing longterm relationships and Foster Brand loyalty.
  • Provide support face-to-face, over the phone and via email to better help customers understand the benefits of Cosentino Products.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Organization and Administration

  • Ensure the showroom is always in perfect condition: this includes, but not limited to the cleanliness of all furniture and equipment, supplies, placing marketing materials and all other needs for the correct functioning of the space.
  • Manage and maintain showroom; this includes ordering and stocking supplies needed, maintaining equipment, placing maketing materials, logging and attending visitors daily and during events in SalesForce, etc.
  • Assist General Managers in planning, organizing and executing all center events.
  • Perform and keep record of documents in the center according to its needs; this includes but is not limited to, accounts receivable, accounts payables, invoices, credits, tax certificates and customer payments records.
¿Qué experiencia profesional buscamos?

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in the Interior Design Industry
  • 1+ year of experience and success in a retail or showroom environment providing excellent Customer Experience.

 

EDUCATION

Required

 

  • High School Diploma or GED

Desired

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, interior design or similar field preferred.

 

KNOWLEDGE

Required:

 

  • Proven success in sales, marketing, customer service and business operations
  • Knowledges of the interior design industry, both commercial and residential, as well as to be up on trend
  • Superior organizational knowledges, as well as the ability to maintain focus under pressure

 

Desired

  • Building materials market

 

 

SKILLS

Required

  • Communication: Oral & Written. Capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects.
  • Computer skills: Office Suite, SAP or other Order Management program preferred.
  • Ability to promote and sell
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties.
