What are we looking for

 

At Stone Systems (www.stone-systems.com) we are looking for a Sales Executive for our Shop located in Dallas, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

What you will do

 

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing, managing, maintaining current accounts, and actively searching for new customers in their assigned area with the objective of increasing sales and promoting our products. This role is responsible for meeting sales budgets for the designated territory and managing the projects from start to finish.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales

- Create short and long-term sales plans with existing customers but not limited to Developers, General Contractors (GC), Custom Home Builders, Architects and actively look for opportunities to close commercial CTS sales.

- Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with Developers, General Contractors, Custom Home Builders, Builders and Architects.

- Bid to Sale: Initiate and coordinate projects between the Cosentino/SSI and external partners and follow up on existing developments to make sure we are successfully executing the projects from start to finish to meet the client’s expectations.

- Increase Dekton sales, in all our applications: countertops, flooring, facades, walls, cladding, etc,

- Manage own sales budget and maintain the discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

- Observe the objective of Average Salling Price into the assigned accounts

- Acts as the product knowledge expert for all our brands and applications.

- Attains required visits on a weekly basis.

  • Project Management

- Negotiate, close, and execute contracts and agreements for materials fabrication and installation and service.

- Maintain accurate relationship, product placement & project details with updated developments within the project management database (SalesForce, CRM)

- Plan the activity in Salesforce and report all the project information.

  • Business Development

- Promotes cut-to-size projects together with the A&D Sales Managers.

- Maintain a constant awareness of markets and pursue profitable opportunities focused on organizational growth

- Promote the organization’s products in formal presentations to all commercial segments.

- Collaborates with BM to provide the best project prices protecting profitability

- Support Business Manager to develop and adhere to annual commercial sales budgets

What you need to succeed

 

Professional Experience

 

Required:

- 3+ years of sales experience

- 2+ years of CAD experience – ability to read drawings

- Commercial sales experience

 

Education

Required:

- High School Diploma/GED

Desired:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.

 

Knowledge

Required:

- Building Material market

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Desired:

- CRM/Salesforce knowledge

 

Skills

Required:

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, identify and address problems and meet deadlines.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must be a highly motivated self-starter
