The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing, promoting and building relationships with local home centers in the assigned area with the objective of increasing sales and strengthening the company’s impact and brand.



Visit home centers and K&B to ensure each location is up to date with our displays promotions and samples.

Manage customer expectations, needs, and concerns to encourage the consumption and sale of new products.

Train new associates and existing associates regarding the features and benefits of selling our material.

Update Salesforce with quality customer visits/information.

Communicate and manage the “Display Policy” inside every home center and K&B.

Present our products and their attributes to increase sales inside local home centers and increase visibility during home shows.

Obtain information in local competitors in the region in order to devise a strategy to increase sales in the geographic area with Cosentino core products.

Participate in special merchandising projects announced by Cosentino.

Attains required visits on a weekly basis.

Support Business Manager to develop and adhere to annual retail sales budgets

Other tasks as assigned by management.


High School diploma/GED required with 3 years sales experience or Bachelor’s degree.

Experience with construction projects

Valid Class C Driver's License with clean MVR

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Ability to travel locally about 80% of the time

Ability to work 2 Saturdays per month- schedule will be modified accordingly.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office

CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

Customer service oriented
