The Builder Sales Executive is responsible for maintaining current accounts and actively searching for new customers in their assigned area with the objective of increasing sales and promoting our products. This role is responsible for meeting sales budgets for the designated territory.



Create new opportunities with both national and local builders.

Builds relationships with existing builders accounts and increase penetration in existing accounts.

Develops a long-term relationship with the Builder to become preferred fabricator.

Get involved with Home Builder Associations to generate potential leads.

Follow-up all leads provided by either the local Builder Sales Manager or National Director.

Coordination with the Builder and SSI operations team to ensure a good service.

Collaborates with BM and BSM in Distribution to close builder agreements with the best profitability options for the Shop and the Group.

Displays our brands in the model homes and promotes our products.

Plans activity in Salesforce, reports displays and marketing tools provided and registers the visits.

Ensure required weekly visits.

Coordinate with business manager to market and co-advertise the brand throughout the area.

Support Business Manager to develop and adhere to annual builders sales budgets.

Other tasks as assigned by management.





High School diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum 2 years in a similar outside sales role

Salesforce proficiency preferred

Valid Class C Driver’s License with clean MVR

Ability to travel locally about 80% of the time

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.



Ability to work independently

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Great attention to detail, organizational and strong analytical skills

Negotiation ability

Proficient in Microsoft Office
