being responsible for administering operational and customer service activities in Cosentino Lisboa related to shipping/receiving material, organization & inventory management, orders, and delivery, supervising warehouse employees, drivers and administrative.

- Assist corporate HR Department with inquiries as needed such as time card, employee paperwork, time off requests and any other employee questions

- Assist or lead viewing of material in the warehouse for customers

- Assist or lead viewings of material in the warehouse for customers

- Lead and maintain a safe working area ensuring that Health and Safety processes and procedures are met

- Manage the warehouse Team (operatives, drivers, administrator) in tasks related to:

   Administration

   Warehouse Operative

KNOWLEDGE

Required

Microsoft Office

Inventory Management program such SAP

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Professional Communication skills to interact with customers

Ability to work in fast paced environment that may change frequently
