What will you be doing?

The Cosentino Manager mission is to attract the Architect and Interior Designer segment and ensure the growth of share in projects market in M25 London area.
Will be the main responsible for the Projects Business Unit of the City Center in London and will report directly to the Regional Director for UK.
The General Manager is going to lead a team of Architect and Design Sales Manager´s & Design Sales Manager´s to close projects and ensure growth in market share through the optimal use of the Cosentino City Center.

 

Sales


-Identify leads potential and track until the close of the trade to ensure the sale.
-Develop and build relationships with key architects and designers in the area.
-Accelerate brand recognition with effective positioning, product training and highlighting the competitive differentiation of
our products.
-Lead and motivate the design team to grow sales and ensure brand recognition.
-Manage Key Clients in the area, visits, relationship building, sales etc

-Identify activities with potential impact on sales, in alignment with the mission of Cosentino related to City


Business


-Identify strategies, priorities, and action framework ( promotion, marketing, reports, etc.
-Control budgets and P&L for the full commercial projects in the City Center.
-Analizing the ROI of each activity.
-Coordinate and align City's employees to ensure task completion.
-Capture market trends through external events, seminars, etc.
-Support the Team indentfying and evaluating business opportunities.
-Analyze, position, and execute business and make recommendations to improve efficiency and service levels.

What are we looking for?

Experience Requiered:

-5+ Experience in Sales in the construction or technical sector.

-5+ Knowledge of the construction market, architects, and interior designers.

-3+ Management of small teams.

 

Education:

-University Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, etc (Possible Technical Sales) is a plus.

-Valid MBA.

 

Knowledge:

 

-Ideally previous experience using Salesforce or similar CRM´s.

-Hunter mentality and sales driven is a must.

-Passionate about design and result oriented.
