Product Trainer Specialist West Coast

What are we looking for

We are looking for a Product Trainer & Support Specialist to be part of our team and oversee our centers in the West Coast. In this position, you would be responsible for supporting product growth through training internal and external customers. Conducting training and product demonstrations and presentations. Assisting with the resolution of escalated customer issues.

What you will do

Job Expectations:

• Develop and lead product training presentations
• Develop and lead hands-on technical training classes
• Required continual training to stay current on all industry changes and fabrication equipment
• Support customer service and field personnel with technical expertise and knowledge
• Assist with escalated customer issue resolution as needed in the assigned area
• Other Duties as assigned

What you need to succeed

Professional Experience

Required

• Minimum 2 years of similar experience

Knowledge
Required

• Professional proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Fabrication of stone products 
• Knowledge of stone fabrication machinery
• Experience with presenting in a classroom environment

Desired

• Knowledge of SAP

Academical Background
Required

• Bachelor’s degree

Desired

• Master’s Degree
