What will you be doing?

 

As a Sales Administrative, you will support all the administration-related matters in Lyon, Sales, and Operations departments for Cosentino France. This person will be closely working with the Administrative team and will be reporting directly to the General Manager of Cosentino Lyon, Thomas Lepage (here you can see his professional profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/thomas-lepage-a223838a/.

 

 

Main duties:

 

-Receiving and processing purchase orders.

 

-Issuing sales transaction invoices.

 

-Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.

 

-Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.

 

-Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

 

-Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

 

-Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

 

What are we looking for?

 

Professional background

 

Completed High School plus Professional Training degree.

 

 

Professional experience

 

At least 3 years in a similar role

High level of English

Any further language such as Spanish would help to execute internal/external communications, however, is not a must

 

 

Knowledge

 

Fundamentals (basic functions) on computing.

Strong SAP user knowledge is a must.

Be knowledgeable of the construction industry as a plus.

 

 

Others

 

Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal).

Demonstrated ability to interact and build value-based relationships with customers.
