At Cosentino ( we are looking for a Sales Administrative & Warehouse Operative to join our Distribution Center located in Melbourne North. What will you be doing?

As a Sales Administrave & Warehouse Operative you will support all the administration related matters in Finance,Sales and Operations departments for Cosentino Japan. This person will be closelly working with the Administrative team and will be reporting directly to the General Manager. Also will help in the wahouse if needed.


Main duties:

-Receiving and processing purchase orders.

-Issuing sales transaction invoices.

-Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.

-Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.

-Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

-Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

-Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

-Collect material or returns from clients

-Assist in the Warehouse as required preparing merchandise and other tasks in the warehouse.


What are we looking for?


-Bachelor Degree ideally

-Further education would be an advantage.



-At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. 

-Any further language such as Spanish would help to execute internal/external communications, however, is not a must.



-Fundamentals (basic functions) on computing: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

-Strong SAP user knowledge is a big plus.

-Capacity for multitasking.

-Be knowledgeable of the construction industry as a plus.



-Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal).

-Demonstrated ability to interact and build value-based relationships with customers.

-Proactive mentality.
