What are we looking for


We are looking for a Digital Specialist to join our Miami HQ location. This position is based in Miami, Florida, and may require occasional travel for industry events or meetings. You will be part of the Cosentino Americas Marketing team supporting the whole business and helping to ensure the service to the different areas, targets, and segments of the company.


The Digital Specialist plans to develop and monitors Digital strategy across social platforms along with the digital team. A creative person by nature and skill, with a strong digital background, combining creative thinking with research and analytical skills. The Digital Specialist stays up to date on industry best practices across all digital channels and media formats. 


He/She will test and build new digital strategies, brainstorm and execute fresh ideas, produce platform-specific content and analyze campaign performance while staying in tune with the latest digital marketing trends. The ideal candidate is driven and ambitious, can drive new ideas forward with ease, exhibits creative and analytical thinking, and demonstrates a passion for an ever-evolving social media landscape.


The Digital Specialist will be responsible for crafting and monitoring an impactful Digital Marketing strategy, coordinating with various teams across Marketing and Brand, engaging with partners and industry influencers, and of course - reporting on the efficacy of our efforts.

What you will do


The Digital Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the company's digital marketing efforts with a primary focus on social media strategy and management. This individual will collaborate closely with external agency partners to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and messaging. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative flair, and analytical prowess to effectively engage audiences, enhance brand visibility, and drive meaningful business results. Additionally, the Digital Specialist will be responsible for covering events and may require occasional travel.


1. Collaborate closely with external agency partners to develop and refine content strategies tailored to each social media platform's audience and format, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and messaging. Provide clear direction, feedback, and guidance to agency creatives to ensure content meets quality standards and resonates with the target audience.

2. Oversee the implementation and execution of content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules across all social media platforms. Coordinate closely with the agency to schedule content publication, optimize timing for maximum reach and engagement, and maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic and voice.

3. Manage day-to-day social media activities, including acting as the primary point of contact for the agency, facilitating communication, and troubleshooting any issues or concerns that may arise.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage relevant content opportunities, such as product launches, events, and campaigns. Coordinate with the agency to align content creation efforts with broader marketing initiatives and ensure seamless integration across channels.

5. Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement. Collaborate with the agency to identify and engage with key influencers, negotiate partnerships, and track performance metrics to assess the impact of influencer collaborations.

6. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking. Work closely with the agency to develop and implement paid media strategies, optimize campaign performance, and achieve campaign objectives within budget constraints.

7. Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating new strategies and features into ongoing campaigns. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging platforms, sharing insights and recommendations with internal teams and the agency to inform future strategies and initiatives.

9. Analyze social media performance and work closely with the agency to establish KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

10. Coordinate cross-functional efforts with internal teams and external partners to support social media initiatives and maximize impact. Facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment across departments to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.

11. Cover events and live activities, capturing moments for social media channels and engaging with attendees to amplify event presence online.

What you need to succeed


Professional Experience


1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media management or related roles.
2. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful social media strategies across multiple platforms.
3. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics).
4. Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.
5. Experience in social media advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
8. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
9. Passion for social media and digital marketing, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Academical Background

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
