We are looking for an Account Receivable Analyst to join our Corporate Office. You will join a company:

What will you be doing?

Under direction of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor will be responsible for accounts receivable activities including the following:
 

  • Using SAP as a main tool the main goals but no limited to will be:
  • Handle accounts receivable for Cosentino North America.
  • Follow, maintain and enforce company credit-AR policies and procedures.
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including posting and applying incoming payments, as well as applying credit memos.
  • Reconcile accounts by identifying discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues.
  • Analyze and monitor accounts due debts to help improve accounts revenue cycle and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Reviewing, preparing and analyzing A/R aging reports.
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting customers directly.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Maintain local relationship with centers. Recurrent communication with operations teams (CSRs and Operations Managers) at the centers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with RD’s, General Managers, and Sales Departments to assist in collecting from customers directly.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable Supervisor as needed.

 

What are we looking for?

EXPERIENCE
Required

  • 2- 3 years of accounts receivable, billing, finance, or other related experience

Desired

  • Experienced in conflict resolution


EDUCATION
Required

  • High School Diploma/GED

Desired

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field


KNOWLEDGE
Required

  • SAP or similar ERP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Desired

  • Lien laws
  • Financial Statements Analysis
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Collection Agencies

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to interact and build relationships within the organization and with customers
