What will you be doing?

As a Stone Systems Fabrication Support you would be responsible for completing research and developing training programs for Operations within Stone Systems. Providing functional support where needed, adding additional levels of communication between all departments within the Operations group and evaluating existing processes to determine best practices.
Job Expectations

  • Review and recommend changes to current programs or ideas for future ones.
  • Responsible for preparing classroom curricula, lectures, demonstrations, and presentations. It may also be responsible for developing online and/or mobile training programs.
  • Ability to train personnel on internal operations and they must have knowledge of specific organization systems, including but not limited to SAP, XMII, Job Tracker, JTM and the Brief.
  • Ability to analyze current and future strategies regarding training, while also able to implement new and innovative training strategies into the organization.

You will collaborate with several stakeholders
Internal: Operations Manager, Customer Service Managers, Production Managers and Installation Managers

What are we looking for?


  • 1+ year(s) of Business Analysis in a related field

  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of XMII
  • Knowledge of Job Tracker


  • Bachelor’s Degree
