What will you be doing?

Job Expectations

•    Generate leads and sales through building relationships with High-end Kitchen & Bath Studios and Interior Designers in your territory
•    Setting up and establishing all the adequate marketing materials, including displays, samples, brochure, and other collateral supplies in your assigned accounts. This includes the use of digital tools.
•    Invite and attend Designers and End-User Clients in the Cosentino City Center 
•    Conduct trainings and product knowledge sessions both remotely and at the Cosentino showrooms to keep customers up to date on new product offerings and company programs (High-end K&B and Interior designers)
•    Prepare, present, and defend quotations (using digital tools) for projects specified by Interior designers, High-end K&B and End-users.
•    Work closely with the Shop’s Operations team to ensure Jobs are executed to the satisfaction of the client.
•    Follow all the steps with the decisions makers until each project/sale is done with our products (including collections).
•    Actively participate in local industry affiliations and associations regularly. 
•    Attend weekly meetings and calls with local and national team members
•    Report daily activity and monitors customer databases through CRM software 

What are we looking for?

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCE
Required – 3 years of experience working with Kitchen & Bath Showrooms, Designers, and other Industry related Showrooms.

Desired – 5 years of experience working with Kitchen & Bath Showrooms, Designers, and other Industry related Showrooms.

EDUCATION
Required - Bachelor’s Degree

Desired – Design or Similar  

KNOWLEDGES
Required – Outside Sales, CRM, Microsoft Office Suite

Desired – SalesForce 

SKILLS
Required
•    Excellent customer service
•    Ability to multitask and work in an extremely fast paced environment
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
•    Negotiation ability
•    Valid Class C Driver’s License with clean MVR
•    Ability to travel locally about 80% of the time
•    Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
