What will you be doing?

The Digital Marketing Manager is a creative person by nature and skill, with a strong digital background, combining creative thinking with research and analytical skills. He/she plans and oversees a unified digital strategy across all digital channels including social media, email marketing, blog, website, programmatic etc. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the social & digital strategies and its operational performance always ensuring quality work and bringing to the table digital marketing expertise that enhances the team’s work on a day-to-day basis.
  • Oversee day-to-day social and digital deliverables, ensuring it is always aligned with priority objectives and in-line with the established strategy, including production of assets, copywriting, design, and image selects.
  • Lead brief development for specific digital requests for external agencies.
  • Oversee the strategy and execution of all digital campaigns: Digital campaign planning and execution whether directly or through coordination with third party vendors. Includes the ability to conduct third party vendor relationships and oversee workflow processes and deliverables making sure digital campaigns are organized, on time and running effectively.
  • Lead and ensure quality control of the team’s paid media efforts -including the actual development of paid media strategies (across social + digital)
  • Measure and report experiments (A/B testing) and performance of all digital platforms, against goals (ROI, KPIs)
  • Articulate content and campaign strategies that drive MQLs, SALs, SQLs and opportunities.
  • Use web analytics and latest trends/ best practices to develop new, creative growth strategies through digital channels
  • Craft digital plans in collaboration with owned channel leads (email, social, web) & paid media experts
  • Utilize analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across all digital channels and customer touchpoints
  • Provide thought leadership and recommendation for adoption, where appropriate 
  • Contribute to the development of talent within the team, and in overall team member/talent retention - Delegate projects to early career professionals, mentoring and providing feedback on their work; supervises day-to-day direction
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends affecting the business and make appropriate recommendations regarding strategy surrounding them
  • Play a key role in the development, presentation, and implementation of cross-channel marketing strategies that translate business and marketing goals.
  • Work with channel delivery teams (paid media, email marketing, social, etc.) developing strategies on how to reach, capture, and nurture target audiences.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (5+ years) managing integrated marketing programs across digital channels with demonstrable results
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/ SEM and marketing automation software (preferably Pardot) for campaigns and lead generation is a plus
  • Must be familiar with campaign KPIs – CTRs, CPA, CPM, CPC, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Experience in optimizing web content, including landing pages, microsites, websites, e-commerce platforms
  • Good understanding of the digital space
  • Goal-driven with a focus on analytics and data
  • Experience running and managing digital and social campaigns including lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of CRM (preferable Salesforce) and ERP systems is a plus
  • Experience gathering qualitative and quantitative data and applying it to drive effective recommendations and decision making
