At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com) we are looking for a Learning & Talent Development Specialist for our People Department, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
What you will do
As a Learning & Talent Development Specialist you will:
• Support the execution of the annual Talent Management Cycle. Maintain annual Talent process calendar, communications & action plans, deliver training sessions, and maintain materials.
• Conduct needs assessments and create training and development plans for the business to address large and/or critical skills gaps at Cosentino.
• Desing, coordinate and facilitate onboarding initiatives for new hires.
• Evaluates training programs to ensure relevant and cost- effective training in accordance with program objectives.
• Works closely with the TA team and People Leaders in planning and implementing talent initiatives and programs.
• Provide consulting to individual employees, managers and departments on specific training and development issues.
• Responds to employee related talent development questions and processes, provides information, guidance and direction to employees and managers.
• Administer learning resources and programs including LinkedIn Learning, coaching programs and Learning Management System.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and metrics when requested.

What you need to succeed
Professional Experience
Required
- Experience in executing talent management processes at multiple levels of the organization.
- Evidence of successfully coordinating the execution of annual talent cycles, like performance management and engagement, delivering on timelines, deadlines and within budget for an organization.
Knowledge
Required
- Ability to design, implement, and evaluate training plans
- Excellent planning and organization skills (including self-management, prioritizing, and follow-up).
- Experience creating, assigning, and tracking courses in a Learning Management System (LMS), especially with SAP SuccessFactors LMS is a plus.
- High level of Emotional Intelligence to quickly build relationships and trust.
- Strong consultation and client service skills, with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency with MS Office; advanced MS Excel skill is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
