What will you be doing?

As the North America Showrooms Coordination Manager, you will be responsible for attracting the Architect and Interior Designer segment and ensuring the growth of share in the projects market. The Cosentino City Centers and Showrooms at the Cosentino Centers serve as a benchmark for our brands in major cities of the world.
The North America Showrooms Coordination Manager is responsible for guaranteeing consistency in the City Centers and Distribution Center network in terms of management and structure. The North America Showrooms Coordination Manager will be responsible for facilitating the tools used by showrooms to incrementally close projects and through cooperation with Architects and Interior Designer in the geographical area where the city and centers are located.
With the focus of the creation of quality Leads, and monitoring the projects, the North America Showrooms Coordination Manager focuses on the transferability of best practices, launching initiatives to improve operations and linking between the City Centers and Showrooms network and the rest of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordination and support of all City Centers and Showrooms in the Centers through the City Managers and General Managers.
  • Analysis of profitability of the different activities in the city centers and showrooms, selection of the best activities and improvement of the activities.
  • Ensuring the quality and viability of events held in the City Centers and Showrooms approving monthly calendar of activities.
  • Ensuring that City Centers and Showrooms are aware of the tools needed to get quality leads and ensuring follow-up until the project is closed.
  • Ensuring the availability of updated products in the City Centers and Showroom and the execution of training to the different team members in the City Centers and Showrooms.  
  • Ensuring a good representation of the brands under the company's image regulations. Validation and authorization of any local modification.
  • Ensuring the product knowledge of the City Center and Showroom teams. Keep the teams updated about the last product developments.
  • Ensuring an excellent Customer Experience in all the City Centers and Showrooms using external, internal audits, data…
  • Leading the monthly meetings with all City Managers and Showroom Specialist in the Centers reviewing dashboards and detecting opportunities.
  • The link between City Centers/Showrooms and Corporate to communicate their needs and lead the implementation of initiatives.
  • Leading the creation or the updating of protocols as well as effective implementation to ensure consistency within the City Centers and Center Showroom network.
  • Leading the collection of good practices outside Cosentino and studying its implementation. Being proactive in helping to capture trends in different areas.
  • Ensuring compliance with the budgets of the City Centers and Showroom network, evaluating deviations and working with the City Managers and General Manager to correct them and generate profitability to the Cosentino business.
  • Collaborate with Corporate for the development of projects to improve Showrooms (City Centers and Distribution Centers), solve incidents and propose optimization/improvement of current systems (IT), coordination with marketing to update presentations, videos, news, etc.
What are we looking for?

EXPERIENCE
Required

  • 8+ Experience in retail o managing points of sale.
  • 2+ in the construction and interior design market.
  • 5+ Management of multidisciplinary teams
     

EDUCATION
Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or Business & Master’s Degree
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
     

KNOWLEDGE

  • Proven knowledge in sales, organization, marketing, customer service, and operations.
  • Knowledge of the construction, interior design, and architecture. Knowledge in P&L
     

SKILLS
