What will you be doing?


The Regional Manager of Distribution and Operations responsibility is to ensure proper operational processes and controls are in place and effective in assigned locations. Focus on Safety, stock controls, customer service, employee retention, meeting or exceeding weekly KPI measurements. Continuous improvement and consistent processes must always be the long-term goal. You will be reporting directly to the Director for Plan & Logistic Ops Iberia-Europe. 


Area to cover will be Italy and Switzerland. Travelling is required up to 80%.


- Health & Safety champions


- Implementation and follow up of Gensuite


- Training and development of operational and administrative employees


- Optimization of processes


- Define and implement optimal layout. 


- Improve service and optimize customer deliveries.


- Analysis of KPI´s


- Inventory optimization


- B51 movements


- DRP 2.0


- Stock control


- Ensure best possible service.


- Implement best practices and standardize processes.


- Continuous improvement


- Other projects and tasks


What are we looking for?


Required Education:


-Essential: High School 


-Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and background in Business Management/Supply Chain


-Preferred License/Certificate: Any related to DOT, OHSA or Warehouse Operations

Required Experience:


-At least 5 years of experience in working in Operations & Supply Chain environment where the candidate was able to get familiar with the operations process and administrative workflow.


-It´s very important that has been involved in improvement projects for the warehouse and operations that had a positive impact in the organization.




-Experience with a Customer database, Salesforce, SAP, Gensuite, TMS Systems.
