What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Builder Sales Director, The Regional Builder Sales Manager is responsible for helping local BSMs to increase penetration with National Builder Accounts as well as to assist in closing opportunities with Regional and Local Builders. 

Job Expectations:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of Cosentino products into the new home construction market
  • Help manage Regional Accounts.
  • Develop, establish, and grow relationships with targeted builder accounts by cold calling, scheduling appointments, and meeting with potential and existing builders, their purchasing agents, designer and sales teams in order to secure long term business relationships
  • Track and understand each builder account business and our value proposition to their fabricating supplier and their customer
  • Establish builder profiles with key contacts by prioritizing activities to obtain, recapture and retain their business
  • Communicate product features and their influence within each account
  • Collaborate with local, regional and national peers to assure highest level of segment penetration and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the development of the annual sales and marketing plan for the segment.
  • Manage and review account reports monthly with the Builder Sales Director.
  • Document activity and account progress utilizing Saleforce CRM system
  • Participate and represent the company in relative professional organizations, such as HBA.

What are we looking for?


  • 5+ Years of Sales Experience in the builder industry


  • High School Diploma/GED


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related fields.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) 
  • Salesforce Proficiency 


  • Salesforce Knowledge


  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to multi task and work in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Negotiation ability
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR
  • Ability to travel locally about 80% of the time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
