Why should you consider this opportunity?

The Showroom Assistant is responsible with the showroom coordinator for managing the day to day running of the showroom to ensure that the showroom is visually merchandised, and that highest levels of customer service are given at all times. 

What will you be doing?

- Develop and Build relationships with clients: architects and designers

- Analysis, positioning and executing in the builder, K&B, A&D, retailer and commercial market segments

- Marketing and co-advertising based on region for all brands  with  corporate coordination

- Focus promotional efforts on point of purchase displays; vignettes and samples

- Help in organizing showroom maintenance and resets as needed

- Ensure marketing items are on hand at all times as business departments allow

- Responsible for creating and adhering to yearly budget as it relates to expenses and revenue

- Penetrate assigned geographic are with all Cosentino products

- Helping the showroom coordinator in defining the strategies, priorities and frameworks (commercial, promotional activity, marketing, management, reporting, etc.)

- Maximize synergies between commercial and promotional opportunities

- Manage customers in the area: planning, visits, development of the relationship, sales, etc..

- Review processes with Showroom Coordinator on an ongoing basis and make recommendations to improve efficiency and service levels


What are we looking for?

• Preferred background in Architecture, Design or similar

• 2 years of experience in sales B2B or a similar role

• Be knowledgeable of the construction industry as a plus.
• Fundamentals (basic functions) on computing: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
• Salesforce and CRM or similar

• High level of English is a must
• Dutch language is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to interact and build value-based relationships with customers. Negotiation skills.
