Installation Supervisor- Raleigh, NC

What do we expect from you?

The Install Manager is responsible for ensuring that every customer order is accurately measured and installed. This position must make sure product requirements are properly translated to production correctly and on time.  This position also supervises the tasks of the Install Supervisors, our contract Measurers and Installers and guarantees that the capacity matches production to ensure quality and meet customer deadlines.

 

 

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for all safety related duties regarding both measuring and installation.

Must lead subcontracted teams in order to complete given project by established deadlines.

Must manage Install Supervisors and their specific segment to ensure quality and that deadlines are met.

Train and manage the certification process of our contractors.

Coordinate with production and customer service to plan and schedule install and measure crew per project.

Inspect on an intermittent basis the output of both install and measure crews.

Site walk-through and planning for installation process.

Instructs crews on proper use of materials and quality.

Reviewing integration documents to insure documentation is accurate.

Ensure each subcontractor is certified and trained on our process and standards.

Resolves customer issues and problems encountered by installation and measure.

Minor job repairs when needed.

Collaboration and managing work flow with Fabrication Leads.

On-sight installation supervision/management.

Acts as a backup when needed to both measure and installation projects.

Audits remakes attributed to both installation and measure errors. 

Day-to-day communication with clients and vendors regarding measure/installation process.

Scheduling internal and external project team meetings—as needed.

Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety procedures and safeguards are enforced for both subcontracted groups.

Other tasks as assigned by management.

 

Requirements:

High School diploma/GED required

2 years relevant work experience, preferably in stone industry

Proficiency Microsoft Office

Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
