What do we expect from you?

The Showroom Customer Service Representative ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. This position is the first point of customer contact in the showroom and for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling, etc.

 

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

Customer Service Representative

  • Assist any visitor in the showroom; this includes, but is not limited to, providing product information and material selection, transitioning customers from the showroom to the center to place orders, and solving any customer issues that may arise.
  • Manage customer communications via email and phone

Event Planning

  • Assist in organizing and executing events in the showroom; this includes managing invitations and RSVP lists, placing orders for supplies and catering, coordinating communications with vuilding management (security, freight elevator needs, etc). Keeping record of all vendors, etc
  • Ensure the showroom is always in perfect condition

Business Administration

  • Track showroom traffic and enter all showroom vistis in the appropriate system
  • Look up stocks in SAP
  • Support in the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets by recording all information a timely manner and highlighting in advance any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain stock of office supplies and marketing materials and order additional supplies when necessary
  • Coordinate shipment of samples to customers
  • Keep records of documents in the center according to Finance/Legal/HR needs
  • Ensure the showroom is always in perfect condition
You will collaborate with several stakeholders

Qualifications/Certifications:

EDUCATION

Required

  • High School diploma/GED

Desired

  • Bachelor’s degree
 

What knowledge do you need?

  • KNOWLEDGE

    Required:

    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Desired

    • Knowledges in SAP
     

What do you need to be successful in the role?

EXPERIENCE

Require

  • 2+ years in administrative or customer service role
  • 2+ years of retail or commercial experience

 

Desired

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in event planning
