What are we looking for

 

At Cosentino, we are looking for a Showroom Specialist to join our Cosentino City Stockholm team. The City Center is a flagship space designed to inspire and engage architects, designers, builders, retail partners, and homeowners through an exceptional brand experience. It serves as a hub for the local design community and showcases the versatility and innovation of Cosentino's materials and brands.

What you will do

 

As a Showroom Specialist, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Stockholm showroom, ensuring visitors receive a first-class experience while helping drive business opportunities and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage visitors, providing an exceptional customer experience and building long-term relationships.
  • Assist architects, designers, fabricators, retail partners, and end consumers visiting the showroom.
  • Promote Cosentino’s brands and products through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email communications.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads, collaborating closely with the local sales team to convert opportunities into projects and sales.
  • Develop strong relationships with local architecture and design firms through regular outreach and customer visits.
  • Coordinate and support events, presentations, workshops, and networking activities within the showroom.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, visits, and opportunities through Salesforce.
  • Support the sales team with sample requests, product information, and project follow-up activities.
  • Contribute to increasing showroom traffic, strengthening market visibility, and expanding Cosentino's presence within Stockholm's design community.

What you need to succeed

 

Experience in showroom sales, retail, customer experience, interior design, architecture, or a related commercial environment.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for design and architecture.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is a plus.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
