Technical Customer Support

What are we looking for

At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com) we are looking for a Technical Customer Support , who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

What you will do

As A Technical Customer Support  you will be the person in charge of providing advanced technical support to our sales representatives, to resolve incidents with our clients and ensure their prevention.
Among your functions will be:
.Monitoring of our clients' projects (not always carried out on site), as well as cleaning at the end of them, ensuring their correct installation.
.Management and review of possible incidents and customer complaints, auditing the quality of our products and procedures.
.Internal and external training, either individual or group, to our current and potential clients on the use and handling of our products.
.Development of Training Classrooms (with the possibility of practice in workshops) on the installation of large surfaces.
.Projects for the revision and management of Product manuals, updating them based on new needs.

What you need to succeed

Education:
University training in Building Engineering or Architecture
Required Knowledge:
Technical knowledge in machinery, products and construction of materials for construction
Advanced English (C2)
Experience:
2 years as a specialist using porcelain materials and installing large-format flooring.
Experience in installation and assembly of ventilated facade.
