CAD Operator Toluca, CDMX

What are we looking for

We are looking for a CAD Operator to join our Fabrication Center in Toluca, CDMX.

What you will do

As a CAD Operator you would be responsible for programing, coordinate and following up on production system for the machines for all shops. 

    
Job Expectations: 

•    You will be directly responsible for the programing jobs being carried out in the shops assigned to you, with the help of the other cad operators of your regions. 
•    You will be directly responsible for the immediate resolutions of all actions that need to be resolved immediately in the shops assigned to you/.
•    You must resolve all the programing jobs for which you are responsible, with the help of CAD Coordinator and other CAD Operator.
•    You must explain all the unrelated incidents clearly and include all the information that we could need to avoid the incident in the future.
•    You must be constantly communicating with the CAD Coordinator, National CAD Manager, Production Manager, Installation/measurement manager and CAD Coordinator constantly to improve the process and productivity.
•    You must check all the requests from Production with the help from your supervisor
•    Carry out all the tasks that your superior gives you depend on your competences
•    Collaborate in the improvements and standardization of all process implemented.
•    Use the company devices and software correctly. 
•    You have to attend meeting with the production manager of the shops where you are working at the time. You have to resolve queries in relation to drawing/programing incidents, offering solutions, resolving and avoiding repetition of the problems.
•    You have to cover the position of the other CAD Operators when they are out for any reason. 
•    You have to understand all the production process to be able to give the right solution.
•    Check daily schedules
•    Assign jobs to machines.
•    Review templates create CAD files 
•    Identify slab usage and update scrap pieces
•    Upload and export information to machines
•    Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety procedures and safeguards are enforced
•    Carry out the duties delegated to you according your competence
•    Other tasks as assigned.

What you need to succeed

EXPERIENCE
Required
•    2+ year(s) working with CAD
•    Experience working on designs for Marble, Granite and Quartz
•    Experience in Construction, Industrial and Manufacturing fields.
•    Experiencie in Knowledge of Alphacam , Autocad , Pronest.

EDUCATION
Required 
•    High School Diploma/GED

KNOWLEDGES
Required
Knowledges programing the following tools/machines: 
•    Water Jet
•    CNC
•    Commandulli
•    Marmo
•    Saw Machine
•    Alphacam , Autocad , Pronest, Faro software.

SKILLS
Required
•    Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.
•    Must be able to properly use quality devices when needed
•    Must be able to spot imperfections on work; close visual inspection required
•    Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, measuring, etc.)
•    Understand new processes and learn new software and hardware devices.

•    Bilingual in English and Spanish
