What will you be doing?

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for addressing all customer inquiries and follow-ups related to the customer’s account, collect payment, and resolve account issues in a timely manner. This role is also responsible for interacting with the local fabricator to send orders to production and communicate any special request or notice.  

Job Expectations:

  • Conduct calls to customers between (40-50 calls daily) in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure confidentiality when handling payment information. 
  • Double-check the information from QOS and store orders and makes corrections.
  • Navigate internal systems and verify information (Job Tracker, Install 2 Go, HD Connect, Supply Pro)
  • Provide answers and solutions to all customers inquiries. 
  • Communicate to local shops to inform them of changes.
  • Maintains customer confidence and maintains discretion of information.

What are we looking for?


  • +1 years of customer service experience and collections experience.
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Bilingual- English and Spanish


  • Experience working in an environment without direct supervision. 


  • High School / GED


  • Customer Service Etiquette
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)


  • Knowledge of flooring, facades and/or countertops 


  • Communication: Oral & Written. Capacity to interact with customers in a pleasant and articulate manner.
  • Calculate basic mathematics
  • Capacity to multitask
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be able to show compassion and sympathize. 
  • Technical skills- use of computers and tablets.
