You'll be part of the Retail & Business Innovation Area, developing implementing and cross-functional strategies that are part of the evolution of Cosentino's commercial business model, where you'll be one of the main players. You'll bring your passion for the retail world, customer experience, and teamwork, especially in the CNA and LATAM areas.

Location: Miami 

Hybrid Model: 50%

International travel: 50% of the time.
 

What you will do

• Lead the adoption of Cosentino's new business model in different markets and cultures.
• Be responsible for the performance of business units (City) along with local teams. 
• Evaluate business opportunities in each area to implement improvements or changes with the commercial management.

• Lead monthly and quarterly committees with the commercial management of each business unit. 
• Continuously seek innovation and alternatives to address change and problem-solving. 
• Align and seek global agreements between commercial and corporate management for the efficiency of the model and teams.
 

What you need to succeed

Experience

+7 years of experience with 4-5 years in roles related to retail, stores, and project implementation with a total experience Skills: 

Knowledge
  
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint 
• Experience in project tracking and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to show empathy and motivate teams, cross-collaboration, tenacity in problem-solving, and creativity in finding solutions will be valued.
• English and Spanish. 

Academical Background 

- Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration and Management or similar
