Showroom Specialist

What are we looking for

At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com) we are looking for a Showroom specialist to join our Distribution Center - 270 Beech Rd, Casula NSW 2170, Australia. The Centers are an example of Cosentino’s total commitment to its clients, providing them with exclusive and high-quality service. The Centers combine the functions of (a) warehouse, (b) brand and product showroom, and (c) sales network. 

What you will do

Your daily tasks will include guest relations, customer service assistance, events coordination as well as visiting certain customer accounts. 
Will also play a key role on enhancing our showrooms within targeted local industries (builders, architects, designers, commercial, etc.). 

In this role, you will proactively reach out to clients in order to achieve individual and team goals. 
Your ability to network and find business through events hosted at our Center are an integral key part of this role. 

Main duties:
- Working in a fast paced environment.
-Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
 -Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
-Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
-Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
-Welcome and engage every customer and provide the best customer experience, with the goal of developing long term relationships and foster brand loyalty.
-Assist all walk-ins & customers with appointments that arrive at the showroom. 
-Provide support face-to-face, over the phone and via email to better help customers understand the benefits of Cosentino brand.
-Develop and build relationships with design firms in the area.
 

What you need to succeed

Experience:
-At least 3 years in a similar role

Knowledge:
-Fundamentals (basic functions) on computing: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- CRM user knowledge
- Proven Success in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service
-  Knowledge of the building or decoration market
